How do I create an account?
Select Start Free, then enter an email address and a password. There's nothing else to fill in to get started.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the Log In screen, select "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password.
How do I import a recipe?
From New Recipe, choose "Import from URL" and paste a link to the recipe's web page. Recipe 2 Scale will read the page and fill in the recipe's name, yield, and ingredients for you to review before saving.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open Settings, and in the Account section select "Delete Account." You'll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted, since this permanently removes your account and its data.
How do I report a problem?
Email us at support@recipe2scale.com with a description of what happened, and which screen you were on if you can. Screenshots help.
